So in case you hadn’t heard, yesterday, it was announced that Gustavo Arellano, Chicano troll extraordinaire, had been hired by Remezcla as their editor. Now, despite all the ample evidence that Arellano has made anti-black, trans-antagonistic, anti-Chinese, anti-Central American comments on social media, why would a supposedly forward-thinking publication like Remezcla would hire him? It’s quite baffling really.
