Good morning and happy Friday! So I wanted to share with y’all the artwork I created especially for the Isthmus Roots event taking place on May 26th. As many of you know, I don’t believe in celebrating nationalist symbols, but I do love birds and plants because I feel they better represent their homelands. Nature does not recognize borders, and neither should we.

So here is the Central American isthmus, united as a singular arboreal organism, and home to a diversity of avian life. And yes, those are all the seven national trees and birds! Posters coming soon!
