How We Let Cis Men Get Away With It

How many cases of abusive cis men go unresolved, without consequence, and end up unfortunately repeating themselves simply because we, as a public and community (in particular, other cis men), pay attention momentarily, and then choose to forget or ignore?

Effective community accountability requires consistency of memory, reminding ourselves that while abusers continue with their lives, and in most cases, go on to further success, the harm they left upon survivors also continues.
